New version is ready, main change is you can select on system configuration to work with Cyberhotel standalone or as Freepbx module.

With freepbx mode just import bulk phones from txt files and make them available for Hotel,
this is a very speed way to setup 100 phones or more in fives minuts.
You can after have all your extensions on Freepbx and use preloaded End point manager
for speed provisioning phones.

Our target now is to offer very speed setup to save work time and cost.
Basicaly just make txt file with
Room 100;100;password;optional did;
Room 101;101;password;optional did;
or
Room 100;100;password;;
Room 101;101;password;;
Import it with GUI and this is magic, you have ready 100 phones if you need !
something wrong ? no problems just click on delete to reset system.

Also we have working on a query interface to support external software queries.

Nouveauté la gestion du portier à code, testé sur 2N Helios Entry.
un compte sip est pré-programmé sur cyberhotel 000 pour le portier
Au check-in un code à 6 chiffres est généré à la volé pour le client et affiché sur sa fiche.
Au check-out ce code est effacé.
Le client entre ensuite *code et la porte s’ouvre.

Pour configurer le code qui ouvre le portier à distance et un code service rendez vous sur systeme > configuration
et entrez Door phone hard code et service code.

Notez que laisser ces cases vides rend ce systeme inactif et n’imprime rien sur la fiche accueil.

Tres simple à utiliser comme de coutume, entrez vos numéros directes dans le format que vous voulez
+33xxxxxxxxxx ou 0xxxxxxxxx ou 0033xxxxxxxxx le système se charge de traduire, sélectionnez
la chambre et validez.
Grace a cette fonction Cyberhotel est maintenant parfaitement adapté aux maisons de retraites ou de repos.

After many request DID direct inward dialing numbers administration is now available in user menu.
As usual it’s very easy to use,  enter DIDs numbers in any format you like
+33xxxxxxxxxx or 0xxxxxxxxx or 0033xxxxxxxxx , système wil convert them, sélect
the room and send.
With this new feature, Cyberhotel is now fully complient with hospital, convalescent home, retirement home

Cyberhotel is an all in one IPBX/Billing/Hotspot system.

Start with the live CD,  don’t worry about error messages select install
on Gparted make one 2048 Mb swap partition or more
and one Ext4 with big size.

Answer a few questions about country, keyboards, .. an that is !

When the system is up just open browser and click on webmin shortcut to fixe alias localhost.localdomain,
hostname and network if you need fixed IP, or use Wicd tool on interface.     reboot and it’s ready.

Root password is root/comdif and user is cyber/cyber
On all pbx interfaces useadmin/admin or  superuser/superuser.
Mysql root have no password and mysql user is asteriskuser/amp109
Webmin use root/comdif

This version is fully customised in English language  both Linux/Xfce/Cyberhotel Gui and Prompt voices
Time is fixed on GMT London but it can be changed over the Cyber Hotel configuration Gui.
