With freepbx mode just import bulk phones from txt files and make them available for Hotel,
this is a very speed way to setup 100 phones or more in fives minuts.
You can after have all your extensions on Freepbx and use preloaded End point manager
for speed provisioning phones.

Our target now is to offer very speed setup to save work time and cost.

or

Import it with GUI and this is magic, you have ready 100 phones if you need !

New door entry management, tested with 2N Helios Entry.
Sip account is pre-programmed CyberHotel 000 for the door entry
On check-in a 6-digit code is generated on the fly for the customer and displayed on
the welcome ticket and on  check-out this code is cleared.
The customer then enters the *code and the door opens.

To set the hardcode that opens the door entry  and a service code.
go on system> configuration Door phone and enter service code and hard code.
Note that leaving these boxes empty idle system and nothing is printed on ticket.

After many request DID direct inward dialing numbers administration is now available in user menu.
As usual it’s very easy to use,  enter DIDs numbers in any format you like
+33xxxxxxxxxx or 0xxxxxxxxx or 0033xxxxxxxxx , système wil convert them, sélect

ISO version is a complet OS build on strong Debian Squeeze and have
graphical Xfce interface with all you need for an office computer, Google-chrome browser,
VLC, … you can add open office software and many more for free.
You can de validate Xfce autorun and use your computer as server for Cyberhotel and install it in
a cabinet without screen.

Vmware version is for installing on you Windows (all versions) computer
Install free Vmware player and just click on Cyberhotel Vmware file to run it.
You can stop software any time you like and backup your Cyberhotel file as it for security.

Hotel phones administration use Freepbx 2.8.1 GUI.
Hotel bedroom administration use Cyberhotel GUI.
Chillispot and Freeradius are used for captive Wifi connexion portal
this system work on the second NIC card.
Squid log proxy for filter and navigation history from the Wifi system
Sarg reporting make regular data save and backup of navigation history and are available
in case of police request.
The powerfull tool Webmin for server admin is preinstalled

Cyberhotel is an all in one IPBX/Billing/Hotspot system.

Start with the live CD,  don’t worry about error messages select install
on Gparted make one 2048 Mb swap partition or more
and one Ext4 with big size.

Answer a few questions about country, keyboards, .. an that is !

When the system is up just open browser and click on webmin shortcut to fixe alias localhost.localdomain,
hostname and network if you need fixed IP, or use Wicd tool on interface.     reboot and it’s ready.

Root password is root/comdif and user is cyber/cyber
On all pbx interfaces useadmin/admin or  superuser/superuser.
Mysql root have no password and mysql user is asteriskuser/amp109
Webmin use root/comdif

This version is fully customised in English language  both Linux/Xfce/Cyberhotel Gui and Prompt voices
Time is fixed on GMT London but it can be changed over the Cyber Hotel configuration Gui.
